Welcome to NOCO Diesel Dude, founded by Steve Urich in 2024. Steve's journey into the diesel world began at WYOTech in 2005, where he honed his skills in their diesel programs. His dedication and expertise led to a coveted position at a top Freightliner & Western Star dealership, where he quickly distinguished himself as an A+ level technician, with the innate ability to fix things others could not. Notably, Steve became the dealership's inaugural mobile diesel service technician, setting a new standard in convenience and efficiency.

Throughout his nearly 20 year career, Steve's passion for excellence earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious 2013 Western Star/ASE Master M/H Truck Technician of the Year award. He has also served as a valued working trainer and team lead in a mobile service department, imparting his knowledge and skills to the next generation of technicians.

Beyond dealership work, Steve has contributed his talents as a maintenance manager for a national trucking company. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the operational challenges faced by fleet owners, emphasizing the critical importance of timely repairs and maintenance in maximizing uptime and profitability.
